We offer Substance abuse counseling services that address all 12 core functions of addiction treatment, screening, intake, orientation, assessment, treatment planning, counseling, case management, crisis intervention, client education, referrals, reports, record keeping and consulation with other treatment providers.
Alcohol and Drug Evaluations using the SASSI (Substance Abuse Subtle Screening Instrument) Tool - these are one hour sessions conducted by a Licensed Professional to determine if individuals meet possible criteria for substance abuse or substance dependence. A complete Substance Abuse Assessment is required to determine actual diagnosis. Cost is: $60.00
Substance Abuse Assessments and Evaluation - are one hour sessions by a Licensed Counselor to determine if an individual meets criteria for substance abuse or dependence diagnosis and eligibility for treatment services.
Cost is: $100.00
Clinical summary reports - Cost is: $40.00
Individual Substance Abuse Counseling sessions - CCS incorporates elements of relapse prevention, cognitive-behavioral, psycho-education, family approaches and 12 Step program support. Counseling sessions are 50 minute sessions. Cost is: $75.00 per session.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
Insurance
** Insurance is not billed directly at this time. A receipt for services can be provided which the client may submit for out-of-network reimbursement from their provider. Payment will be due at the time of services.
